Have you checked the buildings on argyle & westminster between dorchester & cortelyou? Their management company is DSJ Realty, LLC
718-###-####- those apartments are fairly reasonably priced and nice sized - though there is a broker fee involved

ReplyDeleteDSJ manages my building, on E. 18th street near Church ave. Although I just moved to the neighborhood in August, my experience with the building and super and all that has been great. I've only directly dealt with them once, at the lease signing, and since then I haven't had a need to contact them, which I guess is how you want that kind of relationship to be. I would just say, try to get in touch with them directly and avoid the brokers. While our experience with the management company was positive, the broker we dealt with left a bad taste in our mouth.
