An Uncomfortable Offer in Midwood (1 bedroom-$1,450 on E. 19th St.)

Here's a brief recap of the offer we got from a guy named Jason about an apartment we saw on East 19th Street.

Jason offered us an apartment, even though another couple signed a lease, put down a deposit, and had good credit. Another person working with Jason called and said that other couple was "undesirable" but did not explain.

We turned down the offer.

Shady!
